The following services are included in the rent: Rental, Electricity, Water, Heating, bed linen, bath towels, Tourism tax, Visitors tax, Tourist tax, Internet (WLAN), End cleaning, use of PC and laptop, use of the sledge, Baby bed and Baby seat (on request). Not included are the use of the sauna and international phone call charges.

Important

Complaints regarding the rented property should be made by the

tenant at the time of taking possession, otherwise it will be

assumed that the property, in accordance with the inventory, has

been found in good condition, as agreed in the contract.

Pets are not allowed, smoking only on the balcony (Thank you).

House rules are to be obeyed.
